    Custom wedding invitation design is a personalized service where our designers create unique and tailored wedding invitations to match your special occasion’s theme, style, and preferences.

    Simply fill out our online form, providing details of your wedding (date, venue, design preferences like print or digital/video or both) and we will share a quotation with you.

    Our design process typically takes 20-25 business days. However, the timeline can vary based on the service required.

    Pricing varies based on design complexity, quantity, and printing options. Contact us for a personalized quote. Printing cost is shared once the final design has been approved.

    You’ll receive one initial design concept, and we’ll work with you to refine it further.

    We offer up to 3 complimentary revisions. Additional revisions are available for a fee.

    We offer 3 rounds of text edits. Any text edit post that is charged separately per round.
    Yes, we offer a limited number of revisions post which a small fee is applicable to ensure you’re thrilled with your design.
    Yes, a nominal fee is charged.
    Yes, we do provide versions of pdf and video. Additional charges will apply.
    Yes, we provide digital proofs for review and approval before printing.
    You’ll receive your design in PDF, JPEG, and/or PNG formats, suitable for printing or digital use. We do not share open files.
    Yes, we partner with high-quality printers to offer convenient printing options for your custom wedding invitations.
    50 sets which include envelope and number of inserts is our minimum quantity order requirement.
    Printing takes 20-25 business days based on the order.
    Yes, we share a print ready PDF format for printing. Open files will not be shared. JBC does not take responsibility for the quality of printing not done through our partners.
    No, once your design is sent to print, no further changes can be made.
    No, orders cannot be canceled once they’ve been sent to print.
    Yes, we give the pdf file as a complimentary with the video invite.
